Groundbreaking Ceremony of CT3 – Thang Long Green City Project, a New Milestone in Social Housing Development in Hanoi
On the morning of March 3, at Kim Chung New Urban Area (Dong Anh District, Hanoi), the Joint Venture of Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico) and Viglacera Corporation – JSC solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of CT3 Project – belonging to the Kim Chung Social Housing Project (Dong Anh – Hanoi). The project is also called Thang Long Green City.

The National Assembly approved the Lao Cai-Hanoi-Hai Phong railway project worth 8.4 billion USD
On the morning of February 19, continuing the program of the 9th Extraordinary Meeting Session, the National Assembly passed the Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy of the Lao Cai – Hanoi – Hai Phong railway construction investment project, worth VND 203,231 billion (nearly USD 8.4 billion) connecting China with the northern provinces of Vietnam.

On the morning of February 3 (the 6th day of Tet), Comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, visited and extended New Year greetings to workers at the Viglacera housing project.
