In October 2025, Viglacera Real Estate Company simultaneously launched investment promotion activities across three key markets: South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. These countries and territories are among Vietnam’s leading sources of foreign direct investment (FDI), particularly in high-tech, electronics, and semiconductor sectors—fully aligned with Viglacera’s investment attraction orientation. This series of activities represents a strategic move that both strengthens cooperation with existing investors and expands the potential customer network.
Kicking off the program, on October 14, Viglacera cooperated with KB Kookmin Bank (South Korea) to organize the seminar “Guidance for Korean Enterprises Expanding Investment in Vietnam.” The event attracted more than 100 Korean enterprises, mainly operating in electronics, high-tech, and components manufacturing sectors.
At the seminar, Viglacera Real Estate Company arranged a one-on-one consultation area, enabling enterprises not only to access detailed information about Vietnam’s investment environment but also to receive solutions tailored to the specific investment needs of each company.

Subsequently, from October 21 to 23, Viglacera cooperated with the consulting firm Sufex (Japan) to organize the “Investment Promotion Seminar in Japan,” targeting manufacturing enterprises seeking new investment opportunities or planning to expand production in Vietnam—a market highly regarded for its strategic location, abundant labor force, and well-developed industrial infrastructure. After the event, many Japanese enterprises proactively worked with Viglacera to further explore industrial park projects and future investment cooperation opportunities.

Concluding October, the Company participated in the seminar “Shaping a New Landscape for Taiwanese Enterprises in Vietnam,” co-organized by the Industrial Development Administration (IDA) under Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) and the National Association of Industry and Commerce of the Republic of China. The program gathered 50 enterprises from manufacturing, electronics, and high-tech sectors. At the event, Viglacera Real Estate Company introduced its industrial parks that are attracting investment, as well as green and smart industrial park models designed to meet the needs of sustainable manufacturing enterprises.

In addition to participating in seminars, the Company’s delegation proactively met directly with investors in South Korea, Japan, and Taiwan—enterprises considering expanding production into Vietnam. During the business trip, Viglacera worked with many leading companies in high-tech, electronics, and manufacturing sectors, including Taiwanese enterprises producing electronic components, automotive aluminum casting, and smart furniture; leading Korean companies in battery manufacturing, medical devices, and food production; as well as Japanese investors operating in logistics warehousing and food processing. Proactively approaching and working directly with FDI investors in their home markets marks a new strategic direction for Viglacera in the current phase. This approach helps strengthen connections, shorten investment decision-making processes, and closely understand the specific needs of each enterprise in order to provide the most suitable infrastructure and service solutions.

Against the backdrop of fluctuations in the international investment market caused by the United States’ reciprocal tariff policies, proactive investment promotion in key countries is of particular importance, helping Viglacera maintain its attractiveness, expand cooperation with new investors, and accelerate decision-making processes. This also presents an opportunity to promote Viglacera’s image as a dynamic and professional Vietnamese enterprise, ready to accompany international investors in expanding their operations across Southeast Asia.
With a development orientation toward green and smart industrial parks, Viglacera is gradually upgrading its investment ecosystem to meet the increasingly stringent standards of international corporations. The series of investment promotion activities conducted in October 2025 is expected to play an important role in attracting high-quality FDI while further consolidating Viglacera’s position as one of Vietnam’s leading industrial park developers.
