Hanoi and Bac Ninh agree on the site clearance plan for the road connecting to Gia Binh Airport

Hanoi and Bac Ninh have just agreed on the land clearance plan, investment form… for the Gia Binh airport connection route; to ensure proactive implementation, as well as create conditions for reasonable resource allocation between the two localities.
