On the morning of March 3, at Kim Chung New Urban Area (Dong Anh District, Hanoi), the Joint Venture of Hanoi Housing Development and Investment Corporation (Handico) and Viglacera Corporation – JSC solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony of CT3 Project – belonging to the Kim Chung Social Housing Project (Dong Anh – Hanoi).
