From September 24 to 29, Viglacera participated in the Bac Ninh Provincial Delegation led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, to carry out investment promotion activities in the United States.
On September 27, in Phoenix City, Arizona State, Bac Ninh Province coordinated with the Vietnamese Embassy in the United States and the Global Chamber to organize an Investment Promotion Seminar with the theme “Bac Ninh – An Ideal Production Base in Vietnam”, attracting more than 100 US enterprises and a number of international enterprises headquartered in the US.

Along with many innovations in administrative reform, improving the investment and business environment, Bac Ninh province has issued a series of incentive mechanisms and policies, including supporting investment in infrastructure outside the fence for large-scale projects. Party committees and authorities at all levels from the province to the grassroots level always accompany and support investors to fully enjoy incentive mechanisms and policies, resolve investment procedures, land, premises, construction… in the fastest time according to regulations. At the seminar, most investors shared the same opinion that Vietnam is an attractive, reliable and safe investment destination. Enterprises hoped that when coming to Vietnam, they would come to Bac Ninh to conduct in-depth research on investment opportunities and fields, especially in the high-tech, semiconductor, and electronics industries… According to Amkor Technology (a semiconductor enterprise investing in Yen Phong II-C Industrial Park developed by Viglacera): Bac Ninh has the best industrial infrastructure in Southeast Asia. Bac Ninh’s infrastructure meets all the strict requirements of investors, especially semiconductor investors, such as stable electricity and water supply systems, transportation, logistics, social infrastructure (housing for experts, housing for workers). The government is always ready to support investors not by the day but by the hour.
